We at Mart & Mart aim at customer satisfaction. We guarantee consumer rights & keeping you well aware through our website and social media or through any other medium. The policy and procedures mentioned below is for the same service. It applies to all the orders placed online via our website.

ORDERING PROCEDURE

Orders may be placed online through www.martandmart.com or by telephone. Following telephone number can be contacted for ordering:

Online Order Procedure
  1. Select your favorite product.
  2. Add them to shopping cart.
  3. Finalize your cart and click check-out.
  4. Enter details. (If customer want to specify special instructions e.g. product color, delivery notes and any other advice's use ORDER NOTES text box at checkout page)
  5. Choose a payment option and place order.
Customer will receive a phone call or SMS from Mart & Mart for order confirmation.
Alternatively orders can also be placed by emailing us at support@martandmart.com . Our Customer Support Officer will call you and confirm your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Order may cancel before dispatching .Orders once processed (dispatched) can't be cancelled. In the event of the customer canceling the order at the time of delivery and/or refusing to take delivery an order cancellation charges of Rs.400/- (In Pakistan) and $50 (Internationally) shall be charged. This charges is non-negotiable and irrevocable.

PAYMENT METHODS

Customer’s convenience is pivotal for Mart & Mart, which is why we are accepting all modes of payments including:
  1. C.O.D you can pay via cash on delivery at your doorstep. (In Pakistan Only)
  2. Bank Transfer via debit card or online wire transfer through internet.
  3. PayPal (International Only)
  4. EASY PAISA: Mobile money transfer. (In Pakistan Only)

SHIPPING / DELIVERY POLICY

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days in Pakistan and 7-10 working days internationally after confirmation. We deliver FREE SHIPPING to customers doorstep all over Pakistan. For more details please contact customer service (+92) 0334-1236-444.
  1. Delivery time shall be counted from the order confirmation date.
  2. Delivery is FREE on order Rs.5,000 and above. Delivery charges apply Rs.150 to 300 if order is below Rs.5000 or above 3 Kg.
  3. Order will be delivered by TCS courier or Mart & Mart delivery rider in Pakistan. International orders will be delivered by different couriers according to respective country.
In case Mart & Mart delivery rider delivers the product customer can open the shipment (for product checking purpose) before paying the cash (Currently available in Islamabad / Rawalpindi Pakistan).

RETURN / REPLACEMENT POLICY

Mart & Mart offers 07 days Return/Replacement Policy after delivery of product as per terms and conditions, which is applicable under following circumstances:
  1. If delivered envelope or box is broken or unsealed.
  2. In case a wrong product is shipped or product specification does not meet the order.
  3. In case contents in your shipment package are damaged or tampered. [You need to inform customer services helpline 0334-1236-444 immediately]
  4. Product must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags with which it was received by the customer at the time of delivery.
  5. All unworn, unwashed or defective items can be returned along with the original invoice.
Mart & Mart has an effective 07 days return/replacement policy which reserves the right to refuse (a) Excessive non-invoiced returns (b) Discounted / sale merchandise (c) Undergarments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (d) Products carrying a smell or stain from deodorant, perfume, body, lotion etc. are non-returnable.

RETURN / REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

Follow these simple steps for Return and Replacement of a product:
  1. Inform customer support by e-mail support@martatndmart.com or by telephone (+92) 0334-1236-444. Our customer support officer will respond you within 24 hrs. by email (Except Sunday).
  2. Upon receiving of return confirmation email from Mart & Mart, customer can repack the product as per convenience.
  3. Customer needs to return the product via a traceable delivery service i.e. courier or registered post on his/her own expenses as per customer support guidance.
  4. After receiving of returned product.Customer will receive replaced product within 2-3 working days in Pakistan and 7-10 working days internationally. (No courier charges apply to customer) .
